Les Schwab Tire Center

First time getting my tires here. I've visited other locations for break checks before. This place takes exceptional care of your car at a very reasonable price. I was also able to make it to work on time. Highly recommend, thank you!

I am very disappointed that I have to give Les Schwab a 1-star review today. I have been bringing my cars to Les Schwab for over 20 years, and I have always received a high standard service. About eight months ago, I brought my car in to install new rims I bought elsewhere and reinstall the old tires. I was told I also needed new tires, I trusted their recommendation, and they installed my rims and new tires. This morning, about eight months later, I brought the same car to the Totem Lake location for balancing and an alignment. Later, they called me and told me that both of my front wheels were cracked and that they didn’t have the proper wheels to replace them. When I went back to pick up my car, I expected the same level of professionalism I’ve experienced from Les Schwab for more than 20 years. Instead, I dealt with someone who seemed completely indifferent, unwilling to communicate, and gave me as little information as possible. I asked if he had at least taken pictures of the cracks. He said no. He handed me my key, and I walked out only to discover that both of my front tires were flat. Nobody had bothered to tell me this before I came to pick up the car. I went back

Always a great experience, quick and professional team. Got four tires there in 2024 and had to come back today because one was losing air. Easy to make an appointment and was taken in earlier when I arrived. Quick fix, no charge, and great to know they do free rotations every 5,000 miles and also have brake service. Kind and friendly staff and very efficient. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Very impressed with the service here. Got a punctured tire and stopped by at 5:30pm (store close at 6pm), they quickly checked and patched it within 20 minutes without charging me. I was in shock with their polite and professional technicians. They completed the work not just quick but also checked all the breaks and tires in details. Highly recommended!

Over Memorial Day weekend, we noticed that the tire pressure on our Tesla was abnormal, and then we found a nail stuck in one of the tires. Since it was a holiday, many shops were closed. We checked with the Discount Tire location we usually go to, but unfortunately the earliest appointment was two days later. Then we happened to see that this Les Schwab Tire Centers store had an opening the next morning. We came in early, dropped off the car, and they repaired the tire in about half an hour. Amazingly, it was completely free! They also inflated all four tires for us, and even checked the alignment and brakes. Next time we need new tires, we’ll definitely come back here. Their service was outstanding.
